- Arrive about an hour before the Bride & Groom
- Speak to the Banqueting Manager about timings etc.
- Arrange a receiving line
- Escort the Bride & Groom to the table
- Announce the formal speeches and cake cutting
- Escort the Bride & Groom from the table
